- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and safety standards across all facilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of leadership experience in operations or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of scaling operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional proficiency in data analytics and operational software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce).
