Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the logistics or technology sector.
- Proven track record of scaling operations within a high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, data analytics tools, and project management software.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing teams of 50+ employees.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
