Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and long-term scaling initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes to ensure maximum productivity and cost-efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing cross-functional team of managers and support staff.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven process improvements.
- Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to manage operational budgets and resource allocation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all departments.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and local mandates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in senior operational leadership roles, preferably within logistics or tech-enabled services.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar operational frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, SAP, NetSuite).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives in high-growth environments.
