Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-level operational strategies to support organizational scaling.
- Oversee daily administrative and operational functions to ensure seamless performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and budget management.
- Implement data-driven performance metrics to monitor and improve KPIs across all divisions.
- Lead organizational change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and workflows.
- Mitigate operational risks by establishing robust governance and compliance frameworks.
- Represent the company in high-level strategic partnerships and vendor negotiations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of proven experience in a senior operations leadership role within a high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma, Lean).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategy.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and optimizing operational costs.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse, cross-functional remote/hybrid teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for C-suite interaction.
