Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow efficiency and resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee P&L responsibilities, including budget forecasting, cost management, and margin optimization.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define organizational KPIs and long-term operational roadmaps.
- Manage vendor relationships and supply chain logistics to ensure service level agreements are consistently exceeded.
- Identify process bottlenecks and spearhead digital transformation initiatives to drive automation.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and corporate governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations within the logistics or tech sector.
- Proven track record of scaling operations and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Tableau).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments.
