Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end development of high-impact digital curricula across multiple disciplines.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of instructional designers, multimedia developers, and subject matter experts.
- Implement data-driven feedback loops to continuously optimize course effectiveness and learner engagement metrics.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-driven personalized learning and immersive VR/AR integrations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align educational products with long-term organizational growth strategies.
- Establish rigorous quality assurance standards and accessibility benchmarks for all instructional materials.
- Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery within scope.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in curriculum development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Expert-level proficiency with modern LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle) and authoring tools like Articulate 360.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying pedagogical frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, and Backward Design.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale educational projects from conception to global launch.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles.
