Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a comprehensive instructional design framework for global, multi-modal learning programs.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of instructional designers and content developers to ensure pedagogical consistency.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align educational offerings with emerging market trends and institutional goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end production cycle of high-quality digital assets, including interactive simulations and video content.
- Utilize advanced learning analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous iterative improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships and academic partnerships to expand the academy’s resource ecosystem.
- Champion the integration of AI and emerging technologies into the curriculum to enhance personalized learning paths.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in educational leadership or senior instructional design roles.
- Proven track record of designing large-scale, successful digital learning products for a global audience.
- Expert-level proficiency with LMS/LXP platforms, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse, cross-functional creative teams.
- Deep understanding of adult learning theories (Andragogy) and UX/UI design principles in an educational context.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable curriculum strategies.
