Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
- Guest Satisfaction Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to maximize guest satisfaction scores and loyalty.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations.
- Revenue Management: Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in luxury hotel management or high-end hospitality operations.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large teams and managing budgets effectively.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem Solving: Strong crisis management and conflict resolution abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
