You will lead our front-of-house and concierge teams to ensure every touchpoint reflects our commitment to excellence, tranquility, and authentic Balinese hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive guest experience strategies to boost loyalty and satisfaction scores.
- Oversee daily operations of the Front Office, Guest Relations, and VIP Concierge departments.
- Mentor and lead a multicultural team, fostering a culture of empowerment and service excellence.
- Monitor guest feedback via digital platforms and internal systems, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the F&B and Spa leadership to ensure seamless cross-departmental guest journeys.
- Manage departmental budgets and staffing levels to optimize service delivery and profitability.
- Create bespoke itineraries and personalized welcome experiences for high-net-worth individuals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in 5-star luxury resorts or boutique hospitality brands.
- Proven track record in managing guest loyalty programs and high-touch guest relations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards and the unique cultural landscape of Bali.
- Proficiency in modern Property Management Systems (PMS) and guest sentiment analytics software.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to remain composed under high-pressure scenarios.
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
