Responsibilities
- Architect and execute end-to-end global supply chain strategies to optimize total landed cost and operational efficiency.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and manage high-level relationships with international vendors and Tier-1 3PL partners.
- Implement advanced, AI-driven forecasting and inventory management tools to enhance demand planning accuracy.
- Oversee multi-million dollar operational budgets, driving continuous cost-reduction and process improvement.
- Champion corporate social responsibility by integrating sustainability and ethical sourcing into the global value chain.
- Foster a high-performance culture, mentoring a diverse team of logistics and procurement professionals.
- Mitigate global supply chain risks through robust contingency planning and proactive market analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA highly preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in global logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Advanced proficiency in tier-1 ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA or Oracle) and integrated SCM software.
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional international projects with measurable ROI.
- Deep expertise in international trade compliance, Incoterms, and global customs regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
