Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategic development of comprehensive curricula across multiple disciplines and delivery formats.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Instructional Designers and Content Creators.
- Drive the integration of AI-driven personalization and adaptive learning technologies into core offerings.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align educational outcomes with market demands and business goals.
- Establish rigorous Quality Assurance frameworks to ensure all educational content meets global accreditation standards.
- Analyze learner data and feedback loops to continuously iterate and optimize program effectiveness.
- Oversee the selection and management of external vendors and academic partners.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in educational leadership or senior curriculum development roles.
- Proven track record of launching successful digital learning products at scale.
- Deep expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and emerging EdTech trends.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive pedagogical decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile, and global environment.
