Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new market penetration.
- Identify, negotiate, and close high-value strategic partnerships and enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product roadmaps with market demands.
- Manage the entire deal lifecycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking and industry events.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders and C-suite executives within prospective accounts.
- Monitor competitive landscapes to identify new revenue opportunities and market threats.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the SaaS or FinTech sector.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-year enterprise contracts.
- Strong command of strategic selling methodologies and funnel management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and high-level negotiation skills.
- Proven capability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid team environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot).
