Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and secure high-value enterprise partnerships within key market verticals.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with C-level stakeholders to ensure long-term value creation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to refine value propositions.
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through closing and strategic onboarding.
- Represent the company at premier industry conferences and executive summits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B business development or enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual revenue quotas of $3M+.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and data-driven forecasting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
