Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to penetrate high-value enterprise accounts.
- Identify, cultivate, and close strategic partnerships that drive significant ARR growth.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to executive-level closing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to align market insights with product roadmap.
- Represent the company at industry-leading conferences and executive summits.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to maintain a distinct competitive advantage.
- Mentor and scale a high-performing Business Development team to exceed quarterly KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of proven success in SaaS Business Development or Enterprise Sales.
- Demonstrable track record of closing 7-figure deals within the technology sector.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Expertise in CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) and advanced sales forecasting techniques.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for high-stakes meetings and industry events.
