Responsibilities
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with Tier-1 enterprise clients to accelerate market penetration.
- Develop and execute a multi-channel business development roadmap aligned with 5-year growth targets.
- Negotiate high-stakes commercial agreements, ensuring optimal terms for long-term scalability.
- Collaborate with the Product and Marketing departments to refine our value proposition based on market intelligence.
- Lead competitive analysis initiatives to identify and capitalize on market gaps and competitor weaknesses.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and qualifying to closing and post-sale handoff.
- Deliver comprehensive quarterly revenue forecasts and performance analytics to the C-suite.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
- Consistent track record of exceeding multi-million dollar annual revenue quotas.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and data-driven sales methodology.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with complex contract negotiation and legal frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
