Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production lifecycle, including pre-production planning, filming, and post-production workflows.
- Conceptualize and execute high-conversion video assets for social media, digital advertising, and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with art directors and copywriters to ensure visual consistency across all client touchpoints.
- Manage production budgets, schedules, and cross-functional team timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Oversee on-set direction for diverse shoots, ranging from high-end commercials to documentary-style interviews.
- Optimize content strategy based on performance analytics and industry trend monitoring.
- Direct and mentor junior editors and videographers to maintain our premium quality standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience in a creative agency or fast-paced studio environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual storytelling, motion graphics, and color grading.
- Deep understanding of current social media video trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Experience with high-end camera systems (RED, Sony FX series, Blackmagic).
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
