Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Oversee content creation, distribution, and optimization across social media platforms, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to refine marketing tactics and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, to maximize budget efficiency.
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling visual storytelling.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry influencers and partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated experience in managing paid media budgets and achieving high ROAS.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
