Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead SEO/PPC campaigns, managing $500K+ monthly ad budgets
- Oversee social media content creation and community engagement across 5+ platforms
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Adobe Analytics
- Manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot and Marketo
- Coordinate with creative teams for compelling visual storytelling
- Present monthly performance reports to C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior marketers and optimize team workflows
Qualifications
- 8+ years digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and conversion optimization
- Advanced certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Adobe Marketing Cloud
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and ROI analysis
