- Create data-driven A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition funnels
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Produce engaging content for blogs, social platforms, and email newsletters
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure visual consistency across all digital assets
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven campaign success
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and content marketing strategies
