Responsibilities
- SEO & Content Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize web content and improve organic search rankings.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (PPC, Social, Email) ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics 4 and other marketing tools to track performance metrics, generate weekly/monthly reports, and provide actionable insights.
- A/B Testing: Design and implement experiments to test landing page variations and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
- Brand Management: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints, ensuring high-quality content delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with customer needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in SEO and SEM.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Skills: Strong understanding of HTML/CSS basics and web performance optimization.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
- Creativity: Exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to think outside the box to engage target audiences.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
