Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex international events (500-5,000 attendees) from conception to post-event analysis
- Manage multi-million SGD budgets while optimizing vendor relationships and cost-efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals across creative, production, and logistics departments
- Develop innovative event concepts integrating AR/VR technology and sustainable practices
- Coordinate with C-level stakeholders to align events with brand strategy and business objectives
- Oversee crisis management protocols and ensure flawless execution across 10+ time zones
- Analyze post-event metrics to drive ROI and refine future event strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Business with 7+ years' experience
- Proven track record producing 50+ large-scale corporate or luxury events
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or equivalent industry qualification
- Expertise in budget management exceeding SGD 2M per project
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Eventbrite, and Microsoft Project
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams across APAC regions
- Strong crisis management experience with 0 failure rate in past roles
