Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Manage PPC campaigns with $500K+ annual ad spend, optimizing for CPA and ROAS
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics to inform strategic decisions
- Lead cross-functional teams including content, design, and development
- Drive lead generation and conversion optimization initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights for C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot
- Advanced Google Analytics 4 certification and SEO/SEM mastery
- Strong experience managing digital budgets exceeding $300K annually
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
