Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition costs
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Manage $500K+ annual ad budgets across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting content assets
- Present monthly performance reports with actionable insights to C-suite clients
- Mentor junior marketers and conduct quarterly skill development workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with 2+ years in a managerial role
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite
- Proven track record of scaling brands with 50%+ YoY growth in organic traffic
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms
