Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, and social channels
- Lead performance marketing initiatives with a focus on CAC reduction and LTV optimization
- Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and campaign refinements
- Manage $1M+ digital advertising budgets across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms
- Drive content marketing strategy including SEO optimization and conversion-focused copy
- Mentor junior marketers and conduct A/B testing to continuously improve conversion funnels
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align digital initiatives with revenue goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven ROI-driven campaign management
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Experience managing multi-channel budgets and optimizing CAC/LTV ratios
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, keyword research, and technical SEO
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or HubSpot preferred
