Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
- Business Intelligence: Translate analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable business recommendations for leadership.
- Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and data warehouses.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement by analyzing operational data and recommending data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced queries), Python, or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Expert-level experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with ETL processes and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
