Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain comprehensive automated test suites using Selenium and Cypress.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define acceptance criteria for new features.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on production defects to prevent recurrence.
- Lead QA initiatives, including performance, security, and accessibility testing.
- Mentoring junior QA engineers to foster a culture of quality-first development.
- Continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipeline optimization for high-availability systems.
- Manage end-to-end testing lifecycles for major product releases.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance within a SaaS environment.
- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for test automation scripting.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Strong background in database testing (SQL/NoSQL) and data validation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- ISTQB certification or similar professional credential is a strong plus.
