Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to streamline data delivery and ensure accuracy
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize user experiences and conversion rates
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
