Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and track key performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to streamline data delivery and reduce manual effort
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation practices
- Drive A/B testing initiatives to optimize business strategies and user experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
