Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core platform features.
- Lead cross-functional discovery processes with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams.
- Analyze user behavior and market trends to translate customer pain points into high-value product initiatives.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from conceptualization through to GTM launch and post-launch iteration.
- Define KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and inform future iterations.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to ensure product value propositions are effectively communicated to the market.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of shipping successful products at scale.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker.
- Strong technical literacy; ability to communicate complex concepts to engineering counterparts.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence decision-making across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
