Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design data-driven experiments and A/B tests
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through clear, concise presentations
- Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous validation and documentation processes
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) preferred
