Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve complex inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and account details within our CRM systems (Salesforce/SAP).
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer value and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and product managers to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
  • Adhere strictly to call scripts, quality assurance standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or Customer Service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral, native-like English accent.
