Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email channels for a premium Fintech product.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex account inquiries, transactional disputes, and technical navigation issues.
  • Maintain high first-contact resolution (FCR) rates while strictly adhering to data privacy and security compliance protocols.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and case details within the Salesforce CRM database.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance and team leads to continuously optimize the customer experience and meet operational metrics.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 to 2 years of solid experience in a call center or BPO environment, preferably supporting Financial, Banking, or Fintech accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a strong command of grammar and a neutral accent.
  • Proven ability to multitask, active-listen, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and standard G-Suite productivity applications.
  • Completed at least 2 years in college or possesses an equivalent vocational/associate degree.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
