Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and issues by identifying root causes and providing accurate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet departmental sales targets.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus.
- Excellent typing speed (40+ WPM) and computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Suite).
- Strong active listening and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Must be willing to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
