Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account details, and transactions into the CRM system.
- Identify customers' needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and improve service protocols.
Qualifications
- Must possess at least a High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate; a Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
- Willingness to work in a rotational shift schedule if required.
