Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Diagnose customer problems and provide effective, timely solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Upsell & Retention: Utilize consultative techniques to identify opportunities for cross-selling and retain key accounts.
- CRM Management: Accurately log interactions, update customer records, and maintain detailed documentation.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict scripts and quality standards to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and support departments to resolve escalations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Communication: Native or fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Experience: 1-3 years in a BPO or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and comfortable navigating CRM software.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a resilient attitude under pressure.
- Availability: Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts and holidays.
