Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via voice, email, and chat channels.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, technical accuracy, and speed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs, including CSAT and Average Handle Time (AHT).
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on service offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or international call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask across various software platforms.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Completion of at least 2 years of college or equivalent vocational training.
