Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat support.
- Resolve complex client issues by diagnosing problems and identifying efficient, effective solutions.
- Maintain high CSAT and NPS scores through active listening and professional communication.
- Document customer interactions with precision in our internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve recurring service bottlenecks.
- Meet and exceed daily productivity and quality assurance metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product features and company policies.
Qualifications
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or possess a degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service role.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple digital tools and CRM software simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proven ability to work in a shifting schedule environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping people.
