Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with high empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve complex product issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate urgent technical concerns.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions to improve performance metrics and service quality.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols in compliance with global standards.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an international BPO or contact center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in multi-channel ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Completed at least 2 years of college or equivalent vocational training.
