Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and ensure a seamless transition to our platform, providing comprehensive training and resources.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, managing expectations and resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Develop and execute personalized customer success strategies to drive retention, expansion, and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications
