Responsibilities
- Provide advanced critical care nursing for cardiac patients in 20-bed ICU unit
- Administer complex medications and monitor telemetry data
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on treatment plans
- Perform rapid patient assessments during emergencies
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Precept new nursing staff and students
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington state
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- 2+ years ICU experience with cardiac focus
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
