Responsibilities
- Provide advanced assessment and management of critically ill cardiac patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Perform invasive procedures (central lines, arterial lines, intubations)
- Lead rapid response team activations and code blue events
- Participate in research initiatives to advance cardiac care protocols
- Mentor junior staff and nursing students
Qualifications
- MSN degree with Adult-Gerontology or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification
- Minimum 3 years ICU/CCU nursing experience
- Current Minnesota NP license and DEA registration
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Experience with hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
