Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of global brand campaigns across web, social, and print media.
- Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and motion graphics artists.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate complex business goals into high-converting visual narratives.
- Maintain consistent design quality, typography, and brand standards across all agency output.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging design trends, AI-powered design tools, and evolving digital culture.
- Oversee the end-to-end creative workflow, from initial mood boarding to final asset delivery.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in art direction, visual design, or creative lead roles, preferably within an agency environment.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating sophisticated brand identities and high-level campaign execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and how they intersect with visual branding.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of growing and mentoring design teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch complex creative concepts to clients.
