In this role, you will bridge the gap between abstract conceptualization and technical execution, leading a multi-disciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and motion artists. You will work at the intersection of culture, art, and commerce to create campaigns that stop the scroll and shift perceptions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand visual strategies across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
- Lead and mentor a creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and design excellence.
- Oversee the creative pipeline from conceptual pitch to final production, ensuring brand consistency and high quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align visual assets with long-term marketing objectives.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in design, typography, and interactive media to keep our output cutting-edge.
- Manage external vendor relationships and creative production budgets effectively.
- Present creative concepts to executive leadership with compelling narratives and strategic justification.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or senior design roles within a top-tier agency or media house.
- A breathtaking portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and layout across diverse media.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Proven experience in building and managing high-performing creative teams.
- Deep understanding of contemporary digital marketing, brand storytelling, and user engagement metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate strategic business goals into creative briefs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field.
