Job Description
Are you a visionary storyteller with a passion for high-impact visual design? Lumina Media Collective is seeking a Creative Lead to define the aesthetic future of our global brand portfolio. In this role, you will bridge the gap between abstract conceptualization and technical execution, leading a team of multidisciplinary creatives in a fast-paced Los Angeles studio environment.
We are looking for someone who doesn't just follow trends but sets them. If you possess an acute eye for detail, a deep understanding of multi-channel brand ecosystems, and the ability to mentor top-tier design talent, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated visual campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels.
- Direct and mentor a team of graphic designers, motion artists, and copywriters to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into high-conversion creative strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end production process, from mood boarding and storyboarding to final asset delivery.
- Maintain a high bar for creative excellence, ensuring all output aligns with the brand identity.
- Stay abreast of emerging design technologies and cultural shifts to keep our creative output at the cutting edge.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resourcing for multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in agency or in-house creative leadership roles.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating sophisticated art direction, typography, and brand identity design.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external production vendors.
- Strong grasp of digital media trends, social-first content strategy, and motion design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative vision to non-creative stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
