Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform creative campaigns for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams through all production phases from concept to delivery
- Drive brand innovation through emerging technologies (AR/VR, generative AI)
- Maintain creative excellence while meeting tight deadlines and budget constraints
- Present creative visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior creatives and foster an environment of artistic growth
- Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous research and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in creative leadership with 5+ in directorial role
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of visual storytelling across mediums
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools
- Proven track record of launching award-winning campaigns
- Experience managing budgets over $1M and teams of 15+
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, or Communications
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and digital analytics
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex ideas
