Qualifications
- 10+ years in creative leadership with 5+ years directing teams
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns across digital and traditional media
- Expertise in brand strategy and consumer psychology
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and project management tools
- Experience pitching to Fortune 500 clients in tech, entertainment, or luxury sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Communications, or related field
