Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute 50+ annual events with budgets $100k-$2M
- Manage cross-functional teams (vendors, designers, tech, internal staff)
- Oversee vendor negotiations, contracts, and logistics management
- Develop post-event analytics and ROI reports for stakeholders
- Maintain client relationships and drive new business opportunities
- Implement sustainable practices in event execution
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate events management with 3+ leadership roles
- Proven success executing large-scale conferences ($500k+ budgets)
- Expertise in vendor management and crisis protocols
- PMP or CMP certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo)
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design
- Ability to travel 20% of time
