Responsibilities

- Drive innovation in emerging formats (AR/VR, interactive installations)

Qualifications
- 10+ years in creative leadership with 5+ in directorial roles
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns across digital, print, and film
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design software
- Proven ability to manage $1M+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of media trends and consumer psychology
