Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in a creative leadership role within an agency or in-house creative department.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful campaigns, demonstrating exceptional design aesthetic and strategic thinking.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate creative teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design software.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative vision clearly.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, web design, and content creation best practices.
