Responsibilities

- Lead creative strategy for Fortune 500 brands in fashion, tech, and entertainment sectors
- Mentor and guide a team of 8+ creative professionals through project lifecycles
- Collaborate with marketing directors to align creative vision with business objectives
- Present concepts to C-suite clients and stakeholders with persuasive storytelling
- Manage $2M+ creative budgets and vendor relationships
- Drive innovation in emerging media formats (AR/VR, interactive installations)
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in creative leadership with 5+ at director level
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns in luxury or tech verticals
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
- Deep understanding of brand strategy and audience psychology
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Communications, or related field
